performance oriented services for the cyclist

I will be working side by side with Level I Coach Travis Woodruff from Momentum Endurance LLC. Visit http://www.momentumendurance.com/ or send me an e-mail bmatter@momentumendurance.com for more info.

I've been casually coaching riders for the past 5 years.  Now it's time to make it official.  I recently became a LEVEL III USA Cycling Coach.  I've learned a lot about the sport of cycling over the past 18 years of racing and I have more to offer than just coaching. Knowledge of the history of racing, insiders scoop on the industry, how sponsorship really works, and of course 12 years of professional racing experience to help you reach your goals. I've been there and now I want to help you go there.

2012

The season has come and gone.  Momentum Endurance athletes were hugely successful!  I was very proud as a coach to watch huge performance gains, goals achieved, and podiums conquered.  I was coaching roughly 10-12 athletes throughout the year with some focused on mtb season and some focused on cross season.

Our 2012 Winter Training Camp was a success!  The 3rd year of Jr. Mtb Camp in Houghton, MI was also a huge success.

Every year I am learning more and more about my own personal race endeavors and passing that knowledge on to the athletes I coach.  Looking forward to 2013!

DECEMBER 2011

The first year of coaching was a huge success.  It was a little different to have a stay at home job and took a little adjusting, but overall pretty awesome.  I had between 6 and 7 athletes over the course of the last 6 months.  We have achieved many victories, reached many goals, and have had plenty of fun.  I am looking forward to coaching these athletes again in 2012 to continue the building for even better results next year.  I am also looking at taking on 3-5 new athletes for the 2012 season.  Let me know if you are interested.  bmatter@momentumendurance.com

Also looking forward to Momentum Endurance's first Winter Training Camp in Tucson.  Check it out...we still have spaces open.
